Big congratulations to you!!

As the others have said, take it as easy as you can, cut yourself a lot of slack, take up any offers of help, but mostly just enjoy getting to know this wonderful little person that you have created.

Congratulations! Glad u got through the birth ok.

I was doing ok but have found the last few days quite tough. I manage to do everything but it's a lot more of a struggle. U really do need to try amd sleep when he does as it does help. Hard to do in practice though as I rarely manage it! Jacob is a difficult baby so if I don't do stuff when he's asleep nothing would get done!

I only managed a week of breastfeeding as he was so demanding it just exhausted me too much. I got an hours sleep in first 3 days!! Life is a lot easier now he's on formula though as dad can do night feeds or morning and let me lay in etc.

It'll get easier though hun and I must admit I panicked about other half going back to work too but we've found our way and do fine.

Rest up and get help where u can xx
