Pain relief

Postby HelenE56 » Tue Sep 03, 2013 9:28 am

Just wondering if anyone has tried bathing in Epsom salts to relieve pain. Had this suggested to me by someone who finds it helpful for their osteoarthritis.

Epsom salts....wonderful for baths, very soothing. Just remember too much salt in the bath can dehydrate you.

Epsom salts work great for healing cuts and also drawing out infection. Hubby put his hand through table saw and after the surgery he had to soak in Epsom salts twice a day.

This is very interesting. I have used epsom salts for the horses and never even thought to try it myself. I will get some this week and have a try.
