charity?!?

Postby lil-burkie » Sun Sep 15, 2013 6:44 pm

Hi all

I have no idea whether this is possible or not so wondering if anyone can help? There is no help in my area for anyone with fibromyalgia and I was thinking about trying to set up and start a support/info group in the area. Is this possible and ifvso could anyone give me any pointers as to jow and where to start.

Thanks laura

Have found these that may be of use Laura

Some are FM related, whilst others are just general info, hopefully there will be something of help for you. You could also try contacting other groups to see if they have any advice about how their group was established, what is involved with running it etc.

There may be funding available from charities, associations etc to help as well.
