finally got a pip assessment date!

Postby animeemo3 » Sat Oct 05, 2013 10:16 pm

Yay! Finally got a date - 25th of October and it's a home visit thank goodness. Just one question. Seeing as I live on the 2nd floor, should I go down and let the assessor in myself so he/she can see how much I struggle, or get somebody other than myself to let them in and just describe the difficulties I have?

Glad your date is through, I really dont know the answer to your question. If you are going to hurt yourself going down then maybe it would be better getting someone else to let them in and then explaining how dealing with the stairs is a challenge for you :dunno: :dunno: :dunno: :dunno: :dunno:

If you normally go up and down them, then do as you normally do they will ask you anyway how you manage them, at least then they can see the difficulties you are having.
