Sad in pain feel like spine being crushed hurt all over too

same here i have had trapped siatic nerve as well for 4 days leg keeps giving way pain is unbearable... cant get a doctors appointment... hope you feel better soon

hiya , awww sorry your both feeling low .if its any comfort im sick to ,i have very painful ibs and without going into detail i didn't get any sleep all night.i feel wiped out.i still feel sick as a pig :( hugs xxxx

hi, sounds bizarre but I actually got some comfort reading that you were all hurting everywhere - suddenly I didn't feel so silly saying that I too hurt all over- not just to move but even my clothes moving on my skin. Must be the weather !

So sorry to hear you are both suffering, try to get plenty of rest, keep warm and be kind to yourselves. Have you tried heat on the worst of the hurty bits and if you have a tens machine maybe that combined with your pain relief might help a little. If nothing improves over the weekend then maybe its time for another trip to the GP :hugs: :hugs: :hugs: :hugs: :hugs: :hugs: :hugs:

Hi, tried to do more than usual as my Husband had an op on ih arm last week so can't help that much. Only been shopping and I ache so much.
