Oils can be very beneficial to the state of mind and wonderful for relaxing tight stiff muscles .However, like medicines it is very important you buy from a good source, like all things there a forgeries and can have nasty side effects.
Major stores are always the best place for a novice to start with.
I have used essentials oils on all my children since birth with wonderful results at different times.
For the first timer I highly recommend an appointment with a trained specialist,as some oils can have side effects with medications, allergies and some most not be used either during pregnancy ,post natal or a nursing mother.
Reading as well to learn more is also helpful as you discover for yourself what you want an oils for. Oil can be inhaled, massaged and of course used in a bath. They can induce a wonderful sense of well being and create wonderful memories.
Have fun and learn more. :-D :-D :-D
