Having lots of pain tonight :( most I've had for a while. Plus nausea. Boo.

Thank goodness for audiobooks to take my mind off it.

Sorry you're still in a lot of pain. I'm sending lots of gentle :hugs: :hugs: :hugs: :teddy-bear: :teddy-bear: :teddy-bear: your way.

I'm going through a bad patch right now, quite unpredictable. Yesterday I felt ok-ish but today I spent most day in bed. I use self heating pads, a wheat bag on my feet (or my friend's dog lol) a mini tiger purring on my lap gives gentle vibration to achy wrists. I also have a lavender pillow spray which I normally use at night but find it relaxing during daytime as well.

I've invested in a battery operated TENS machine, it was around £20 from Argos. Lots of settings, 4 pads and dual channel so it can be used with different settings on different areas.

If all else fails, there's always my teddy and some :cup1: :cup1: :cup1: [chocolate] [chocolate] [chocolate] [chocolate] [chocolate] . Doesn't kill the pain but cheers up the soul. ;-)

Hope you'll feel better soon!
Gentle :hugs: :hugs: , Karou
