It would be soooooooo nice if this was a cure but I'm with all the sceptics. Ten years working in a complementary therapy centre, teaching others about positive thinking, eating healthily all my life, (we won't mention the post college pre parenting years) a very physically active life, much to be happy about, and I'm still in pain and suffering all the other niceties that come with F/M.

As for getting plenty of healthy sleep.... Erm....
