I don't know how I'm functioning at the moment I seem to be on auto pilot lol.

It doesn't always help but can take the edge of the ibs- have a look on you tube for some relaxation tracks. The other day I found someone who had uploaded the NHS versions. Helped with some of the stomach spasms alittle. :-D
