Morning cuppa

Am I alone in boiling to death every morning when I have my first cup of tea.
I've even takein to waiting as I'm so hot in the morning.i dread summer.xxxxx

hi no your not alone everytime i drink tea or coffee in the morning i too feel hot all over for ages such a strange feeling,sometimes i burn up most of the day,even drinking water afterwards gives little relief :oops:

Yes feeling hot all the time is common for me :(
I drive my husband nuts asking him to check my forehead.
Try to drink lots of water as this helps me :)

I feel hot a lot if the time at wofk I am boiling wen everyone else is cold. Wen I get home and sit down then im cold! :-D

Yep I am same and have tried drinking iced cold water from fridge that I use a filter and store there and it helps but then spend more time having to climb stairs for toilet so can't win lol

Robbie lol I only have one toilet downstairs so I no how u feel. I just get comfy in bed and down I have to go again grrrrrr oh for a bigger bladder hehe
