That's very interesting. Previously I've had anaemia several times, and now I still get the same feelings but doc says I'm not anaemic and that you can't feel anaemia. Nevertheless I've been self-medicating with Feroglobin and have to say I do feel slightly better. Perhaps I need a stronger dose of iron.

Please be careful as too much iron is as bad as too little. Is there another doc in the practice you go to that you could see :?: :?: :?: :?:

I was diagnosed with Graves disease seven years ago,had treatment and my thyroid is now behaving (touches wood) Problem was, I never felt properly well and after many tests, investigations etc I was referred to a rheumatologist and diagnosed with fibro. I have suffered with very low iron/iron stores for even longer. I am caught up in a vicious cycle as I also have IBS/reflux disease which in turn makes it difficult to tolerate the liquid iron (even childs dose) and therefore I am constantly tired, weary and dizzy. Anyone else been in a similiar situation? Trying to sort one problem but rapidly creating another?
