Hand/wrist/forearm exercises?

Postby SchroedingersCat » Tue Jun 03, 2014 10:15 am

I have very stiff and sore hands in the mornings. I tend to spend a lot of time flexing and stretching them for the first couple of hours when I get up, to try and ease the stiffness. I'm now wondering if I should buy some sort of exercise gadget to try and strengthen them a bit. Anyone else tried something like this? Looking at this kind of thing http://www.amazon.co.uk/66Fit-Hand-Ther ... +exerciser

I have had a think about this recently. I think it would be good to get some sort of physio ball to help strengthen your wrists and forearms :-D
I am a fibro fighter not a fibro sufferer. I will keep fighting from the minute I get up til the minute I go to bed.

I may get these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gel-Ball-Hand-E ... hand+balls

They look good. The putty is an interesting one too :)
