It's great that they are learning more about it but from my point of view it doesn't get filtered through to the masses leaving us all being snubbed and looked down on due to people unwillingness to learn and evolve

I wasn't surprised at the research about pain started in my arms after a post viral syndrome about 10 years ago, *and* my sister has Raynauds, so it kind of makes sense to me. As to how you've lived your life? Sorry but I think it's cobblers. I've been very healthy without being fitness obsessed all my life, yes, I've had some stressful things happen to me, but nowhere near as bad as a fair number of my friends who don't have FM. My prediction is, eventually they'll discover that it's actually several different illnesses with different causes, and one of them will be a bad reaction to a virus caused by a genetic pre-disposition.
