That's really interesting thanks Joanne.

I think mine are related to nerve damage from my early 20s although I am wondering at the moment if I have MS as I have other neurological symptoms too and it would explain much but awaiting a neurologist appt still.

At my worst I used to have to lay width ways across a double bed so my feet would be suspended in mid-air as touching anything can be murder. When it's bad I end up walking on the outside edge of my feet as the only way I can walk.

Nothing I've tried makes a difference I just have to wait for the episode to die down.

Hi I use my foot spa to help ease the pains and cool them down put ice cold water in it. sometimes switch it on too as the whirling water helps but its a bit noisy so if its in the middle of the night just use it turned off.
