For some with deficiencies, bringing levels back within normal ranges can help improve their symptoms. As you've found tho, it doesn't always help everyone, it's one of the delights some have, even tho they'd prefer the other option where things do improve to a degree by raising levels.

I was really hoping all my symptoms could be down to Vit D as if so, that would be a 'one pill a day' solution! Sadly, t'was not to be...
