Why do I sometimes get hot and feel like I'm burning up when I've crashed and am exhausted ?

Hi, yes I'm the same. I seem to go from one extreme to the other. I lie on the settee with a fleece blanket that is on, then off, then on, and so on all evening. My husband gets fed up with it! My feet feel as if they're on fire too, and then 10 minutes later, my toenails are purple and my feet are freezing. There seems no end to it.
Gentle hugs and good wishes, Jacky.

I get this almost all the time. In fact I can count on my hands the number of times I've been cold since January! I am often boiling, feel like I'm burning up, and it becomes so strong I can barely cope. That, along with pain and exhaustion, is my worse symptom.

I'm always hot and sweaty. The one upside is my fuel bills are miniscule, though horrendous in that humid spell we had.
