Awake at 3am in lots of pain, grrrr.

Postby becbob » Tue Oct 21, 2014 3:05 am

Well folks it's 3am and I'm awake. I cannot sleep because I am in so much pain. All my muscles are extremely tight and I feel like they are going to rip. The worst for me right now though is my jaw. I am in so much pain. I have tried to mentally relax each muscle starting with my head. Before I can mentally relax my bottom half I'm tense again back up top. I have failed miserably numerous times. Another very bad night. Although all my muscles are tight and I'm in lots of pain my jaw hurts the most. I feel like my jaw has turned to stone and it's clenched so tightly. Also I have the dentist tomorrow for a filling on a back tooth. That is going to be fun!
Does anyone one else get clenched jaw a lot too?

3.00am tends to be the time I'm awake too when things are extra hurty, or OH decides to serenade me with his nasal concertos :snore1: :snore1: :snore1: :snore1:

With midnight being the witching hour, or turning into a pumpkin if we stay out after then, maybe 3.00am is the FM equivalent, being either the hurtys hour or the sleeplessness hour
