Hi,
I feel the same, I'm exhausted constantly although cant always sleep.
I find it really difficult to explain to people why i'm always tired and why its so difficult to cope with. My husband says "but your always tired" I know that its difficult for him but there's not much i can do about it.
My pain is like that mentioned above a dull ache around my lower back and hips, feet / fingers - the usual, some days are worse than others, I find when its cold or damp that the symptons get worse. I have half jokingly suggested to my hubby that we emigrate to a warmer climate to help my bones!
Its not easy dealing with it all Magicwriter, I'm grateful for this forum as its helped me alot to deal with how i'm feeling and to just remind myslef that i'm not making it all up and i'm not the only one.

Take Care

I always think saying "I'm tired" just invites other people to say "I am too", when in reality they've had one bad night in 3 weeks and we suffer every night. I think exhaustion is a better word, more descriptive and people can't claim it as easily.
