IBS bad today.. can't be far from loo

Postby Trish140363 » Wed Mar 04, 2015 1:15 pm

Omg... my ibs is bad today. I have real bad diarrhoea and lots of wind...
I'm terribly bloated.. even after taking my tabs for it.
How often do you have these episodes?

Hope you feel better soon for me there isn't always any logic to when it starts again. It's not good at the moment as I've not been able to stick to the gluten free the past couple of days. Back on it now so hopefully things will improve.

Hi - I suffer from this too. I'm on a gluten, wheat and dairy free diet but sometimes there just seems no reason for it. I find peppermint tea helps a little.

Hi Trish140363, i have posted here several times and I'll post it again.. with fibro yogurt is your best friend as it calms many things to do with fibro down especially IBS, gouty symptoms and so on. A lot of people are worried about the weight gain, well if one is feeling better, then one just might move around a bit more is my thinking. Maybe give it a try? Good luck.

Sometimes I go months without much, but since my fibro started it's been much more often because of the stress - which I get told to avoid HA! I probably suffer an IBS attack about once every two weeks or once a week at the moment and I'm trying to cut that down and be a bit more 'zen' because it's not helping.
