Good evening :)

I'm still challenging myself with trying new recipes - this weekend was Cajun chicken and it was delicious :)

Actually today I decided I was going to make a few things, .the outcome was .......

2 strawberry open face pies with shortbread crust

2 large bowls of potato salad

2 large bowls of cabbage salad with homemade dill dressing

Beets in vinegar and sugar

Banana oatmeal muffins.

I can't wait for local peaches to be ready and make peach and banana freezer jam.

well fibro fog hit hard yesterday decided to do curry for hubby and wing it for me so was stood next to cooker with chicken breast and a jar of curry sauce and had no idea what to do with them! hubby help-fully suggested i dice and cook off the chicken and then put half the suce in with a spoonfull of peanut butter, problem solved, and invigorated once he had his out the road i made a stir fry for my self with bit of grated ginger, garlic chicken breast broccoli carrot and courgette and a handful of herbs i gathered in the garden added dash of soy sauce and lee and perrins and a splash of water as it was a bit dry wow huge plate full and it went down very well, today got out car and when i went to get back in 20 mins later it wasn't where i had left it thank god the neighbours car was parked as mine had come to rest against hers which had stopped it trundling away down the road, jumped in and found no hand brake on!!!! also no damage to neighbors car thank god. first time i have ever done this Im putting it down to 3 nights with no sleep. tomorows challenge is to mae a toffee apple sponge.

My challenge is to make a lot of cards for Cornwall Hospice Care. Had a bad night recently so got up and made 9 cards!

I've made 46 cards over the last few days. I also want to make some beaded baubles for their Christmas tree over the summer. I've got a beaded dragon to finish first though!
