Yes I do. First thing in the morning is the worse and sometimes it goes on all day. It feels like I am up to the hips in something thick and every step feels like I am having to pull myself out of a mud hole. I think it is quite common, especially mornings.

Every single day, it feels like I've been involved in a car accident, everything hurts, legs especially, all joints feel locked up. It's a huge effort to get up and moving. I think most with fibro suffer the same problem. I won't say the pain gets easier, you just learn a little better to expect it and deal with it.

OMG this is exactly how I describe it to others around me. Yes I feel like this all too often. One minute I can feel not too bad and the next (it's like someone flicks a switch) and then it feels like I am trying to move through treacle. Xx

can relate to that
doesn't matter in which direction I wanna go

so has nothing to do from where the wind blows
nor with the rotation of the planet

tried it

not sure about the pressure of the air around me
because breathing esp breathing in is hard too

it's like pushing an invisible object
unfortunately if I would lean on it I would still fall
all the best :cow-wave: Lu
