I bought a bread maker last year and I would be lost without it as kneading dough is too painful with fibro. I've blogged about how it helps me here.

What gadget helps you in the kitchen?

got a bread maker never seems to work right for me so gave up and back to hand making it, yio its murder but i go for slow rise now so have at least 24 ours between kneedings, and I have always enjoyed a challenge lol . as for gadgets none I just keep finding ways round the problems usually by sheer bloody mindedness, as at present I'm not quite as badly affected as many here, as for husband yip mine is very useful once i try to do something when he can see im tired he will take over but after 32 years i know him so well that the quickest way to get him to do something he says he's gonna do is to start it even just picking up the mop is enough, but honestly I married a gem,

I always made my bread from scratch, however it is just too painful now. Everyone dislikes bread machine bread in this house so my machine collects dust. Hubby is great, he helps knead the bread as well as roll pastry.
As far as gadgets, I am not a gadget person,, I have lots but use little.
