My treat that doesn't cost much

Postby Claire'scomfycorner » Sat Nov 28, 2015 5:39 pm

As a single woman living in London I don't have much spare cash so takeaways are rare. Last month I treated myself to a pizza and oh no! - yuck! - it was so salty!!! It went in the bin :( So, I bought myself a pizza stone and started making my own pizzas. I find the kneading of the dough (for 5 minutes) therapeutic and it relieves some stress. Although on a bad day my bread maker kneads it for me. I've written a simple recipe that produces delicious crispy thin crust pizza if you too want to make your own. I love pizza - it's my treat and it doesn't cost much now that I make it myself.

What's your treat?

Keep smiling :)
