Making the most of a good pain day

Postby Claire'scomfycorner » Wed Dec 30, 2015 8:07 am

Hello :)

I'm loving being on holidays from work. After a pain filled weekend I had a good pain day on Monday so I made this easy no bake cheesecake that definitely impressed my guests this week :) I'm really pleased with it as this time last year I didn't even own a wooden spoon. I've been teaching myself how to bake and cook since April and blogging about it and what it's like living with fibromyalgia. I try to raise awareness about fibromyalgia through my blog and on social media every day - my aim is to make this invisible illness visible. You can read my blog by following the link and see this delicious cheesecake :)

Keep smiling :)
