Today's my birthday. My sister is visiting from overseas.
I've just sent her off on the train with my husband to have my birthday lunch out and to see a funny play without me.

Not fishing for birthday greetings, just sharing someplace where you all know what it's like to miss out on the fun.

Some days fibromyalgia sucks more than others :(

Hope you had a very happy birthday within your limitations. What a shame you missed out on your special day. Sometimes you know you can't push a moment longer. Maybe you can celebrate another day when you feel better?
Take good care of yourself, we get it, it is what it is.
