RAHHHHHH!

Postby Darkskies91 » Thu Aug 25, 2016 2:57 pm

I really don't know where to turn, I'm not sure if it's my fibro or depression causing issues. All i know is that I constantly want to cry!

Not really looking for answers just kind of a vent :/

It's good to vent and let it all out. We're here to listen whenever you want to talk.

You are not alone.

If your dog doesn't like someone, then you probably shouldn't either

A good cry can help at times Darkskies! Life can hit us with a curve ball at times and knock us off course for a wee while. You'll get back on course.

Big hugs and much love to you

Thanks guys.To top it all off i had a very grim email from my dad, so I ended up crying most the night. Felt good but I'm so exhausted now.

I really just want some peace!

Hi Darkskies :-)

Doesn't harm anyone to have a good cry..I do too to release all the negative feelings out :(

As well as a RAHHHHHH! for venting.

How about having a good old play with these icons or emoticons -

:fireman: :scream-1: :too-upset: :face-slap: :pull-hair: :shooting: :banghead: :f1-car: :hit1: :bricks: :swear1: :dunno: :tongueout:

Then...count to ten... relax and breath :snore1:

Laters x
