Hi Claire

I hope you had a peaceful Christmas.

Quality " me time", so important. I never truly realised that til I got FM. I was always on the go, working, looking after the rest of the family - and forgot about myself.
Thankfully, it's just myself and my husband at home now. I say thankfully as I would struggle greatly with young children.
I regularly "disconnect and recharge". I ALWAYS make time every day, for my crochet . Even if it's a wee hour at night. It relaxes me.
Smoke coming from my crochet hook, as I'm off work til the 9th of January. Yahoooo!

Much Love
