Hi All

I don't know what to call these sensations, except "zaps". Quick, electric shock type zaps. No pain at all. Mostly in my feet and legs, when I'm walking.
Assuming it's neurological or circulatory.
Anyone else get these?

Much Love

Hi Lindy,

The only zaps I get is nerve pain but thats related to another back condition. Can really be sharp and painfull! I assume it is more Nurological related. Either that or your pressing on some trigger points but then you would experience pain.

Yep. All over the place, usually when I haven;t had enough sleep recently. Back of the neck is a favourite spot. I have no other health issues so it has to be the FM.
