I watched the lady GAGA Netflix documentary and saw her In a different light. Funny how like me some people assume all the mega stars are some what not normal and living the high life with no worries at all because of money and fame! Far from it! She was just like you and I suffering and struggling to lead your life with chronic pain.

The difference was she had the money! She had a physiotherapist with her at all times! Always attending to the pain and stiffness, massage and trigger point therapy on hand every minute of the day. Would like that myself lol. she looked like she was on a cocktail of medication although not specified to what I can remember.

She was in hospital at one point with the pain and was having intravenous pain killers. She also had trigger point injections. Like us trying many ways to relieve the pain.

It did stop her many times from performing and saw her laying and resting in tears.

I also picked up on her mental health. She had anxiety and some depression.

She did say that she felt for people like us as she had money to be able to do and try these different treatments and knew there was many of us would never had what she is able to do. She seemed a very sad and at times lonely lady! Yea very unreal. As I said she was just normal and trying to fight to manage her music career.

I could see the irritation also when trying to explain to people she needed rest and not to push her to much. She was always resting in between dance sessions and had to be careful what type of clothing she wore.

I defiantly saw her valenarability.
