Hi Animalhouse,

I was referred by my physio to the sports centre in Jan and I have to say it's been great, they talk over your options, what illness you have how much you feel you can do ext and work out a plan for you...

I work on the treadmill, bike and use specialist equipment for strengthening the muscles, I was also swimming but found that was too much for me so this week I am upping my gym sessions to 3 a week as I come out tired but feel good.

I have 5 weekly reviews and I can stay on the programme for as long as I like.. And they are not pushy at all.

Don't diet as I can't stick to them, also I seem to be losing weight rather than putting it on which is hopefully down to the exercise but also the medication I am on curbs my appetite

Hope you find something that works for you xxx

do yu know if we have to pay for any sessions etc or do they just give you a pass so you can swim or go to gym when you want.

hope its not too expensive. or limited as would love to get swimming again. never used treadmill or gym before so would be a bit scary.

for the weight watchers diet you have to go through your doc and health service to get twelve free vouchers 1 a week for twelve weeks then it £20.00 a month till you get to goal weight once you get there you cancel your direct debit and dont have to pay as long as you dont go over its easy to keep to it changes the way you think and eat ty for the messages xxxxxxxxx
