I am seeing my GP regular and have an appointment next week so hoping he will see a difference :-D

I am also seeing the nurse next week for my 3rd smear in a few months :-? so may speak to her about the diet and get her to put me in for regular weight checks and general BP tests etc so its all noted down and she may also be able to give me some diet sheets or any info of use.

I returned to this GP surgery when i moved back into the town last year. I had to have a medical and my weight done :yikes: i told the nurse not to tell me how much i weighed! :oops: she was very kind and sympathised and told me to shut my eyes and re open when done :crazy: so be fasinating to see what i was back then. :shock:

Brilliant news Lisa, you are doing great bet the doc is really pleased for you, the nurse may have some diary's for you cos I find it helps writing everything down, but you are doing well regardless :hugs: :flowers:

Weigh in day week 4 :yikes: time does fly after the first week...

A little 1lb this week which is ok :-D still going off & not on :mrgreen: i hadnt been at all naughty so maybe retaining some water :dunno: mind you i am still yet to be investigated with all my stomach problelms and that causes severe bloating.

Mind you my clothes are feeling loose and its a total of 12lb so far :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:

Congratulations Lisa you are doing fantastic :bear-dancing:

If you look in the recipies section I have put a few in there for :cake: and some dips that you could have with carott sticks etc.
When I get the non-stop eating craving I make a queche with 200g cottage cheese, 4 eggs, all beaten together with a little salt and pepper, then add anything else you like, diced ham, peppers, tomatoes, onion, brocolli mix it all together put in oven gas 4 for about 30-40 mins untill set. eat away

I have loads of recipies so dont hesitate to shout if you want some posting

I had been strugglin past few days or more. I didnt give in just introduced some brown bread to help me. Just needed something to make me fill full as was feeling very hungry.

I was i feel starting to lack motivation until todays events now its kicked my butt back to 100% focus!

Being a big weight and loosing nearly a stone so far does not notice and even people iv not seen for a month couldnt tell. Think thats what made me drift off the motivation path.

So.. i must drill into myself that even if i only loose a pound a week that nearly 4stone a year and it will take time and i'll get there eventually... musnt be impatient! :crazy: :nono:

Week 5 weigh in day tomorrow... not expecting much of a loss as i cannot exercise much but i do feel better for eating healthy.

The impatience is what does me every time Lisa, altho the sensibler part of my brain knows that tings take time, the stronger, loopier part wants results 30 seconds ago :facepalm: :facepalm: :facepalm:

Forgot to update.

Another 1lb loss so hopefully hit the 1stone mark this week

Its so slow going even tho iv not touched a thing i shouldnt. I know its cause i cannot exercise and burn more off.

Frustrating but better pound off then on....
