This is not NHS but funded by local businesses etc.

To find one you'll have to google search to see if you have one close by as i couldnt find a linky to them all overall just seperate locations.

I am lucky enough to have one in my area and it has been a life line.

They help and support and give advice to all women.

Most of the services they offer are free and ones that are not only need a small donation.

They can offer things like councillin/free solicitor advice/help for abused women like womens refuge and councillin.

Also mine does sessions for therapies like reflexology/massages etc

Mine also does days where you can drop in for a cuppa and chat to other women.

Lots of different services they offer

I personaly had 2years if councillin for free! and i am seeing a solicitor in a few weeks for free! its a one off appointment but in that time i will get all the information i need to start me off.

well worth a googly if your searching for any type of support.

This is a link to my womans centre to give you an idea of what they can offer
