discharged from physio

Postby masonsbarms » Sat Sep 22, 2012 6:07 pm

hi, had a appiontment with physio yesterday,

i have never been given exercise to do as they where trying to get me learning to pace and not push so hard against fm,

well i dont have to go again as he was happy with the progress i have made and the plans i have to try harder.

i explaind about the wabble i had this week and like everybody said we all dip from time to time but since i first went he thinks i have done very well excepting things and moving on (pat on the back for me) so i just have to keep going in the right way.

not much more they can offer me but if i feel i need help in the future i can ring for an appointmen.

nice to know i have made progress and they are always there if needed.

take care xx

:welldone: :welldone: So glad you have made progress but still have the support in place if you need them in the future.

Keep pacing (i still haven't got the hang of it and keep trundling along and then crash & burn)

So good to hear something positive :-D
