i had my 1st physio since dx, but because i was there last year for my back, they didnt do much just asked where the problems were.

i said my upper back, shoulder and neck were very pain and stiff and have had for a while, oh thats just the fibro she said.

gave me some info on fibro and long term pain and said improve your posture and that should help.

mmmm i slouch because its too bloody painful to sit straight. :pull-hair:

they do state the obvious, but everything is just doing a 360, u just cant win. :too-upset:

hope u manage to get some comfort from physio, but for me. well they aint much help :(
