Wearing a heart monitor?

Postby evie15 » Sun Sep 29, 2013 2:04 pm

Has anyone worn a heart monitor for a day before?

I have to do it tomorrow and don't know if they are little plugs they stick on or one of those watch things I have seen.

So has anyone any experience?

Thanks.

Hi Evie

I had to wear 0ne for 24 hours last year due to palpitations.

Its just like 4 sticky pads on youre chest with a little box attached, you might have to take a belt to trap it to your trousers, i wore leggings and it kept falling down the inside leg!!haha..

You cannot have a shower or bath tho as have to stay on for the 24 hours.. good luck with it, Di.
