Usually means although a result may not be within what is defined as the average normal range, it's either so little over or under the 'normal' limit , it's not considered to be at a level which would cause anyone any symptoms. Fibro joint pain can mimic inflammatory joint pain so your GP needs to rule that out as a cause. Your results albeit a litle elevated aren't raised enough to indicate any level of inflammatory joint condition which could be causing the symptoms you've described to him, so he/she has atrributed them to Fibro.
