Get a info pack sent to your Doc !! free

Postby jacky » Wed Jan 08, 2014 4:03 pm

i seen this today and thought what a great idea ... it is a large info pack that can be sent to your G.P from fma.uk they will send posters, upto date info , to name a few items ..... and the doctor will not know if came from you ... a good way to get these Doctors that we go to see and waste our time trying to explain how we feel .... and maybe hopefully they will read it !!

http://www.fmauk.org/component/contact/ ... t-enqiures

hope ive done that link right ...

The link isn't working ...but may've a fault FMA UK's end as website is being updated.

Anyone wanting a pack sent to their GP, only need to send an email with GP name and address to head.office@fmauk.org

FMA UK have had a few issues with broken links since their website was updated over christmas period - they are working on getting them all fixed as soon as possible.

My GP is very good. Which is more than I can say for the others before her. She is knowledgeable and constructive with the support and treatment given to me. Dr. A. McDermott at College Health Surgery, in Boots, Chatham. Wonderful woman. Took a long time to get the right Doctor
