CFS CLINIC

Postby shrimp » Thu Aug 13, 2009 3:41 pm

hi all

was doing some browsing on the internet last night about my local hospital where i have had many appts....Queens Hospital in Romford Essex

anyway, discoverd on net last night they have a chronic fatigue syndrome clinic where they have proffesors, nurses, occupational therapists and support teams........i phoned them today to ask if they also take on people with fibro and they said yes but my GP would have to refer me - am sure she will cos she is backing me up brilliantly...

does anyone else attend a clinic like this and if so how do you rate them ?

can anyone also advise what are the main differences between fibro and cfs ?

thanks

Firstly, I am new to this site and you are my first contact.

I work in Romford and I am looking for a place where I can get treated for the mussel spasms, which I have been having for the past 20 years!

If anyone knows the best place, I will be very grateful.

Regards
Steve

hi steve

i worked in romford before i had my twins 2 1/2 yrs ago..........do you live local to romford? reason i am asking is that you could be referred to the new queens hospital in romford - they deal with everything...and am sure you could get help with muscle spasms ...

good luck
