Hi
Good luck with your pain clinic.
I had a 8 week course a while back. On mine we covered lots of things like:-
helping you to find different ways to deal with your pain.
how to relax and deep breathing.
exercises
medications

Good luck.

Hi
We had a physio who helped run the course, for 2 sessions we went to the physio dept and were shown which machines to use and avoid.
The exercise ball is lovely to sit on and just bounce slowly on.

You get to chat to other people who understand what you are going through.
I have made friends through my course, we still meet for lunch.
