Please could we try and calm it a little. No one can say what went on at the appointment except the person who was there so we must accept her version not try and say what we think happened. If fabme was upset then that is what we should be dealing with not having a go for her use of language or anything else.

Fabme, please stay with us as you are a valued member of the forum and we would be upset if you left :(

I think I will leave this locked now as the discussion is getting heated and off topic.
