right -

spinal surgeon = MRI shows the spine and muscles/tendons/ligaments of an 18 yr old = your chronic pain and depression = fibromyalgia

orthopaedic surgeon = MRI shows borderline irritation of nerve roots by cartilage = cause of pain

now I don't understand what's going on! I don't think I have 'borderline' pain! I am getting very sad and confused about doctors
'There never was, there never will be, nor is there now, a person who is wholly blamed or wholly praised.' ("Kodhavagga: Anger" (Dhp XVII))

also, i think it's very important to regularly think about bottoms, and other inherently funny things

You're talking to surgeons, when I did that I got nowhere, think maybe you need to talk to a Rhuemy as they tend to be the one who diagnose FM even if you're GP does so initially :hugs: :hugs: :hugs: :flowers:

Hi
Go have a chat with your GP and ask him to explain what is going on, hopefully you might get some answers. :goodluck2: :hugs:
