 Sam :welcome: to the forum

As denys and loubie have already said, have a look around and see what has been posted, it may help you find some of the answers to your questions.

We could all tell you about our experiences of FM, but you'd be bombarded with a lot of info that probably doesn't apply to you as FM affects us all so very differently. If you ask questions about the FM stuff you need and want to know about, then we'll try to help you with them.

If your dog doesn't like someone, then you probably shouldn't either
