:welcome: to the weird and wonderful world of FM Cat

How you're feeling at the moment is quite typical of when you're told you have FM   There is a lot to take in and adjust to, which needs time to do so.

There is a lot of info and advice on here, if you have a look thru things, you could find answers to any question you have whirling around your head at the moment. And you can ask about anything you want to know, we'll try to help you with an answer, altho it may be little   And when all else fails, there is [chocolate] [chocolate] [chocolate] :cake: :cake: :cake: :wine: :wine: :wine:
