I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in Aug this year. Had a diagnosis of connective tissue disease in 2005 and M.E. in 2006, was working full time until June when my neck pain started. I am currently on a get back active programme run by physio' :D s which includes hydrotherapy....not at the acceptance stage yet but I'm sure there are lots of people on here like that

:welcome: to the forum ribbons

There are a few peeps on here who aren't at the acceptance stage, so you're in good company. Even for those who have accepted FM as part of their lives, there are times when they go back to the pre-acceptance stage as well   We try to work our way thru the various stages at a suitable rate, sharing things we've found out as we go along to try and help others going thru a similar stage.

There is a lot of advice and info on here, so hopefully you'll find some helpful bits in there :D :D If there's anything you want to know, just ask and we'll try to help you with it
