:wave: hI everyone i have hust been diagnosed with fibro after 6 years of symptoms :cry: i was a special forces soldier and an international sportsman representing my country it all went wrong when i was injured on duty in 2004 i am unable to do most of things i used to do which is so frustrateing :evil: i have come here to find support and help :) i live in oxfordshire is there any support groups in this area :?: all your help and avice is grately appreciated thank you take care :wine:

if you have a look on the board index you will find
support groups, have a look in that :fingerscrossed: mite be one in there
or put in google fibro support groups and your area, that how i found mine :D

have a good look around the forum hopefully you will find things that will be of help
any questions just ask and we will try and help :wave:

Just to add to loubie's fab advice, if there isn't an FM support group in your area, try searching for a CFS/ME group as they may also have some members with FM :wave: :wave:

Lots of info and advice on here, so hopefully you'll find some helpful suggestions amongst things. We try to help and support each other, so anything you want to know, just ask and we'll try to come up with an answer for you :wave: :wave:
