Sorry, I'm not in your area, have you had a look on the support groups part of the forum?? It has info and links to various groups, or you could try Googling to see what that throws up for your area.

In the mean time tho, now you've found us hopefully we'll be able to help you with anything you want to know about. There is a lot of info and advice on here and, altho we don't physically meet up, we do our best to help and support each other :grouphug: :grouphug:

Just ask away if there's anything you want to know, and we'll try to help you with an answer :wave: :wave:

Hi, its me again, am having problems with very bad headaches, neck shoulers, am taking nortriptyline, but scared of taking too high a dose,as can't take painkillers ,they make me feel so drugged,and ill. Am so low with all this, cant see any help, I thought of massage,but cant afford it. Sorry, Kathy.

hi everyone, this is all new to me,i have read the posts of middle of last year and wondered if any meetings have taken place, or if any one wants to meet up, live in stoke, prob is, dont drive, so feel a bit on my own. feel a bit awkward meeting lots of people, one to one would be better. let us know what any one thinks. love kathy. :-?
