Hello everyone

My name is Sal.

Fibro stuff... I was diagnosed last year after eight long months of symptoms and blood tests.I suffer with more pain in my shoulders and neck more than anywhere else. I also have headache almost all the time and terrible fibro 'fog' from time to time and of course the usual exhaustion. It's taken me a little while to get my head around but I'm starting to build my life again. I've changed jobs so I now work part time and I take more care of myself.

Non fibro stuff... I'm 32 years old, a wife and mother. I work part time as an Admin Manager. I'm a writer and currently working on two novels and a script. I'm also having a set of short stories I've written illustrated, with an aim to send them off to a publisher this year. Apart from writing, I love to cross stitch, I collect cows (not real ones unfortunately!!) and I run round after my two cats, Midnight and Scrhoedinger.

I'm really looking forward to chatting with you x

  Sal and :welcome: to the forum :cat1:

There is lots of info and advice on here, hopefully there will be some ideas that you find useful :bear-dancing: We try to offer each other support thru the rubbishness that comes with FM and when someone has some good news we like to join them in the :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:

Sounds like you've you're taking a really proactive approach to your life with FM, which is absolutely :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:

I hope all goes well with your publishing plans, novels and script :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: Do you have a particular style or genre for your writing, or do you go with what you feel when starting a new project???

I take it that there isn't any speculating on whether or not your cat Schroedinger is like the cat that Schroedinger said was in his box

Anything you want to know about, just ask and we'll try to help you with it :bear-dancing: :bear-dancing:
