New member in the Highlands

Postby arwen181 » Mon May 28, 2012 7:09 pm

Hello all

I'm new to this forum, although not to fibro, having been diagnosed a few years ago. I also have associated sleep disorder, IBS and depression/anxiety.

I'm 35, happily single with no kids, and I live in the Highlands of Scotland (any other members in my area?). I'm lucky enough to still be able to work full-time - my job as a legal secretary is quite easy and stress-free, so although it's a struggle at times, I can still do it and I'm very grateful for that. It doesn't leave me with nearly enough energy for all my hobbies and interests of course, but I guess that's something we're all familiar with - wanting to do more than our bodies allow.

Anyway, just a quick intro from me. It's nice to be in a place where I know everyone understands my issues.

Arwen

Thanks Andrew :) Oh, I have fantastic, super-fast internet access! But I live in a big town, not in a croft halfway up a mountain, lol!

Thank you:) The Highlands is very beautiful and I feel lucky to live here. I try to get out and enjoy the scenery as much as I can.
