Newbie just saying hello

Postby shazza » Tue Jun 05, 2012 5:17 pm

Not sure if doing this right but here goes.
Hi I'm Sharon was diagnosed with a variety of illnesses until I moved. When I attended Aberdeen they dx me with fibromyalgia just before Christmas.
Have been having a really hard time recently at the moment I'm walking with a crutch this is the worst I've been ever, which makes it really hard as I'm the one working as husband is disabled, he fell in his last job breaking his hip, still causing problems now.
He lost his ESA recentlywhich means I need to work.
We have a beautiful daughter who's 10 which makes you feel really guilty you can't do all the things you want to do.
Sorry for going on didn't expect to go on so long.
Thanks for listening

hi sharon, sorry to hear you are having a bad time,
this site is realy helpful at giving support and advice,

we all feel guilty at some point its only natural when we love people so much.

there is always someone ready to listen so dont think you are going on,

we all need to get things off our chest and as we all understand no one will think otherwise.

hope things get better for you and your family ,

take care xx

Sorry to hear what both you and your hubby are going thru at the moment :grouphug: :grouphug: How recently did hubby lose his ESA?? If it was less than a month ago, he should be able to appeal the decision. If it's longer than that, and working is becoming more and more difficult for you, it might be worth talking to someone who is familiar with situations like you've found yourself in (such as Citizens Advice) as there may be other options available to you that may not have been mentioned before.

There's lots of other advice on here, hopefully you'll find some of it useful. Just ask if there's anything you want to know about and we'll try to help you with it

If your dog doesn't like someone, then you probably shouldn't either
