Constantly scared!

Thanks cherry :) it scared me more yesterday as my little girl has broken up from school and so was at home, had to play it down as much as poss so not to scare her, seemed to work...

Sent hubby with shopping list today as didn't fancy a repeat today and tesco is hellish when I feel like this

The supermarkets get to me as well. When we go it's in,round and out as fast as we can. The lights aggravate my vision and headaches/migraines, and the more people are in there and around me, the more anxious I get:o:o As for when I get jostled and bumped into, I'm sure I'm going to explode one day, which wouldn't be pleasant at all:shock::shock::shock:

Yes I find I get very agitated very quickly, really will be spilt milk one of these days :D
